Nakia Chakrams
Ring blades of Nakia portrayed by Lupita Nyong’o. These weapons where used by Nakia in the movie Black Panther. These are a simple version not used for ceremonial purposes.
This model consists of 3 main parts. The “energy“ part is meant to be printed using a see-through filament. Files contain pieces already to be 3D printed and complete files, that are not cut into smaller pieces.
SCALE
At 100% scale the total dimensions are:
Width approx. 170 mm (6.7 inches)
Diameter approx. 22 mm (0.87 inches)
You can scale the model as you wish.
PRINTER SETTINGS
The model is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.2 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation, they need no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer. We recommend printing the waves by splitting the print process and printing in vase mode where possible. Somewhere it is too horizontal for vase mode.
