Description

This model is a fan-made replica of the wand from the Harry Potter universe.
Files contain the complete wand in one piece (.OBJ, .STL) and also the wand cut into smaller pieces (.STL) featuring a hex peg for easier gluing.

At some point before 1600, Salazar Slytherin’s wand was in possession of Gormlaith Gaunt. Gormlaith used the wand to burn down the cottage of the Sayre family. His niece Isolt Sayre survived.
Isolt Sayre stole the wand from her aunt in 1620 and fled. Once in America, she used the wand around the time of the founding of the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

SCALE
At 100% the wand is approx. 292 mm / 11,5 inches long
But you can scale the model according to your needs

PRINTER SETTINGS
We recommend a layer height of 0.05 to 0.2 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. Use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
