Description

Highly detailed digital 3D model of Cal Kestis’ lightsaber from the Star Wars: Fallen Order videogame.
This file feature 2 versions of the lightsaber!

This lightsaber was used by Cal Kestis. It was given to Kestis by Jaro Tapal, his master. Before Order 66 happened, Jaro Tapal’s lightsaber was a two-bladed lightsaber, Cal is given a damaged half of the lightsaber. Later in the game, Cal can repair his lightsaber.

The download contais:

  • Whole uncut lightsaber in 2 versions – damaged and repaired (OBJ)
  • Lightsaber parts split for the best 3D printing (these fit 200mm printers and require assembling) and feature both damaged and repaired parts.

SIZE:
At 100% scale, the lightsaber’s dimensions are:

  • Length approx. 300 mm (11.8 inches)
  • Thickness approx. 33 mm
  • You can scale the model according to your needs.

PRINTER SETTINGS

The lightsaber is meant to be post-processed or simply printed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. You can try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

Just printed all the parts for this but seem to be missing “middle 2”, anyone know why this may be?
Thanks!
