Description

These wheels are to be used with clay and polymer clay because the pattern is specifically for that.
We also have a collection of cosplay wheels and cosplay rollers:
Cosplay Rollers
Cosplay wheels

The download contains STL files of wheels ready to be 3D printed.

There are 32 wheels. (Reversed patterns included.) Some of the wheels in this collection can create textures of:

  • Waves
  • Facades
  • Flowers
  • Wind Spirals
  • Square Spirals
  • Sharp Waves
  • Square Zig-Zags

And other!

SIZE
At 100% scale the wheels dimensions are approximately:
Width 55 mm
Length 55 mm
Height 14 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
You should print them in the direction the files are placed. We printed them all this way without supports.
We recommend these settings:
Layer height 0.15 mm
Infill 15%

Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

These models were brought to life by 3Demon. We are a group of modeling and 3d printing enthusiasts based in Prague, Czech Republic. We’ve been making 3D printable models for more than a decade. Hi, my clay tends to get stuck in the smaller holes and is hard to remove. Is there any filament type that might help solve this issue? or do you have any other suggestions? Thank you

Try putting the wheels into a freezer for a while! We printed from PLA and it didn’t stick, but it’s more about the clay type.
