Files contain pieces of the staff ready to be 3D printed and complete staff files, that are not cut into smaller pieces.

SCALE
At 100% scale the staff dimensions are:
Width approx. 180 mm (7 inches)
Length approx. 45 mm (1.7 inches)
Height approx. 1600 mm (63 inches)

Model is pretty big but you can scale it.

PRINTER SETTINGS
As the staff is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the thinner parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

Can anyone tell me the minimum build volume to print this at 1:1 scale?

Hi, the parts were cut to fit a 200x200x200 mm printer. I’m not sure if it would fit on a 180x180x180 for example because we don’t always go all the way to the limit
