Description
This is a digital 3D printable model of the rifle from Star Wars – Blurrg-1120 Hera Syndulla blaster – Ahsoka series version.
The blaster will be updated once we can see the details better in the show! All buyers will receive an email about the free update!
The download contains pieces of the blaster ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed and files that are not cut into smaller pieces. All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.
The STL files are named in the same way as the parts in blueprint pictures, so they could help you with assembling the blaster together.
SIZE
At 100% scale, the blasters are approx. the same size as in the Star Wars movies.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We use these settings for most of our prints:
Layer height 0.2 mm
Infill 15%
Supports 45°
For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be glueing, sanding, painting, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
During assembling of heaters parts watch out for correct order and orientation.
The hollows should be facing upwards and the cut-out parts should be on the left side
use the pictures and the gas-chamber component for guidance, a circular cut-out should be formed.
Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

This model is a non-functional replica of a blaster. It’s not meant as a weapon but as a cosplay accessory.
