Frequently asked questions

Yes, but at the moment we are working on transferring past orders from the old website. 🧑‍🔧 This should be ready in the next couple of days. If you need them urgently, we can send them to you manually if you fill out the contact form bellow. We apologize for the troubles.

Not really. We focus on creating digital 3D-printable files, so you get a file ready to print, not the physical object.

Every now and then, we take on a big local commission where we design, print, and finish the model, but that’s the exception, not the rule.

Need it printed?
No worries! These days, lots of people offer 3D printing services, and there’s probably someone near you who can help.
It’s also better for the planet to print locally and a great way to support your community.

You can try Googling terms like:
"custom 3D printing", "3D printing service", or "3D print on demand"

Other good options include makerspaces, FabLabs, or even public libraries, where you can often use a 3D printer for your own projects.

In most cases, yes! If the product description doesn’t say otherwise, you're welcome to sell printed versions of our models.

We just ask that you:

  • Use your own photos (not ours)
  • Link to the original STL file or our shop
  • Credit us when possible

And if you tag us on social media, we’d love to see what you made! We often share cool prints from the community.

For full licensing details and conditions, please check our Terms & Conditions page.

No, sorry. Using your own photos helps your customers see exactly what they’re getting, printed by you, with your setup and materials.

Yes, we actually love taking on custom projects, especially if it's something other people might be interested in too.

If your idea could work as a product in our shop, we offer 50% off the commission price. That way you get the design you wish for, and the rest of the community benefits too!

Every person’s measurements are a little different, so scaling is usually needed. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

We made a full guide to help you scale our models to fit your body:

👉 Read the tutorial here

The short version?

You’ll need to take a few key measurements and scale the model accordingly in your slicer or 3D software. Our models are designed around average adult proportions, but every body is different, so a quick test print (like a couple layers tall slice of a helmet section) is always a smart move.

Depending on the design, cosplayers commonly use velcro straps or flat rubber cords glued to the interior armor parts. Alternatively, components may be attached with velcro directly to the undersuit or tied together.

Sometimes we will have a special kind of attachment style specified in the description of the model that would work well for it :)

All our models are cut into parts that fit standard 200×200mm print beds (unless stated otherwise in the description).

We also include an uncut OBJ file if you have a bigger printer or want to cut it your own way or print it whole on a large printer.

Instantly!

As soon as your payment goes through, your files are available to download right away.

We don’t ship anything—everything in our shop is digital. You’re buying a 3D-printable file, not a physical object. That means you can either print it yourself or have someone print it for you.

If you bought something by mistake and haven’t downloaded the files yet, just contact us. We’re happy to help and can usually issue a refund for accidental purchases.

If the files have already been downloaded, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Why do you ask for my address if you don’t ship anything?

We’re based in the Czech Republic, and EU tax laws require us to collect billing information—even for digital products. This helps us:

  • Apply the correct VAT rate
  • Create proper invoices
  • Stay compliant with accounting regulations

We never use your address for shipping, spam or anything unrelated to your order.

Since you're buying a digital file, we can’t offer refunds once it's been downloaded. As stated on our refund policy page.

But if something’s wrong—like a part won’t print or there’s a mistake in the model—please let us know. We’ll fix it as quickly as we can.

Your feedback is super valuable in cases like this. We’re just human, and sometimes things slip through, but we always want to make it right.
