This is a digital 3D printable model of the five main animatronic ears from the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie: Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Springtrap.

Color-separated parts and multi-material print files are included.

📏 3D Model Dimensions

The ears are designed for an average-sized head. Check the measurements and scale to fit your needs. Learn more about sizing and scaling for cosplay here.

🖨️ Printer Settings

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Infill: 5% gyroid pattern

  • Supports: 30° organic

  • For taller parts, use a brim for better bed adhesion

Use colorful filaments—they look amazing!

Settings may vary depending on your printer, so treat these as a starting point.

🛠️ Assembly

  • The ears are designed to be mounted on a metal headband. (3D printed headbands aren’t so strong)

  • Thread a wire or zip-tie through the joints and secure the ears to the headband.

  • Glue the required pieces together.
