Red Guarian armor - Thunderbolts

This is a digital 3D printable model of Red Guardian’s armor and helmet from Marvel’s Thunderbolts. It features a built-in realistic leather texture, so you can skip heavy sanding and go straight to primer and dry-brushing. Velcro strap loops are already integrated, making it cosplay-ready right off the print bed.

📏 3D Model Dimensions

• At 100% scale, the armor dimensions are scaled to a 170 cm tall person (about 5 ½ feet).  Read about the sizing and how to scale the models to fit your body here.
  

🖨️ Printer Settings

• Layer height: 0.15 mm

• Infill: 10% gyroid pattern

• Supports: 30° organic

• For taller parts, use a brim for better bed adhesion

Settings may vary depending on your printer, so treat these as a starting point.

🛠️ Assembly
To connect the front and rear parts of the helmet, use 14 magnets with a diameter of 6 mm.
