🖨️ Printer Settings

  • Layer height: 0.15 mm

  • Infill: 10% gyroid pattern

  • Supports: 30° organic

  • For taller parts, use a brim for better bed adhesion

Settings may vary depending on your printer, so treat these as a starting point.

🛠️ Assembly
Glue the parts together - hex pegs are included for easy alignment. You can fuse the seams using a soldering tool.
To assemble the opening mechanism, connect the joint and secure the jaws together with a rubber cord. ( I used a spring, which is stronger, but less comfortable.)
Finally, attach a thick, flat rubber cord to the sides of the mask using superglue to serve as the strap for wearing the mask.
