This model is a wearable full size armor of Sith Acolyte from Star Wars: The Old Republic. The armor is designed for people high 170 cm, so it is better to scale it for your body height and type.
Files contain pieces of the armor ready to be 3D printed and complete armor files that are not cut into smaller pieces.
You can buy whole armor set or just helmet and armor independently.
At 100% scale the armor dimensions are scaled to a 170 cm tall person (about 5 ½ feet)
You should scale the model according to your body measurements.
It is good to make the helmet a bit bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.
We recommend joining the front and back part of the helmet by fabric rubber bands that are glued to the inside by using epoxy. That should allow you to stretch it when you put it on, and hold it when you wear it.
As the armor is created for people tall 170 cm, it is big and meant to be scaled and post-processed, to fit your body well and comfortably. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament but some parts definitely need supporting. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the armor shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
