Description
Link’s Ultrahand
This is a digital 3D printable model of Link’s Ultrahand from the new game, Legends of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed and files that are not cut into smaller pieces. All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.
You can print the model in transparent filament since each piece is hollow at the bottom for optional LED light to achieve a glowing effect.
SIZE
At 100% scale the model’s dimensions are approximately:
Width 120 mm
Length 130 mm
Height 400 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We use these settings for most of our prints:
Layer height 0.2 mm
Infill 15%
Supports 45°
For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc.
Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.
This fan-made model was brought to life by 3Demon. We are a group of modeling and 3d printing enthusiasts based in Prague, Czech Republic. We’ve been making 3D printable models for more than a decade. We make a lot of cosplay accessories but we also make all sorts of interesting 3D models.
Got something to discuss?
Are there any LED lights you recommend for this? I’ll be buying this anyways probably as its really amazing looking (good job!) but want to try and figure out what to do for them as well. Thanks! 🙂
Thank you! I haven’t tested it yet, I’ll post the result on socials when it’s done! But any basic LED strips will do!
HEyho guys,
What Filament did you actually use for it or would you recommend?
Not especially the brand, but the type of filament. I tried printing it in PLA (just a small part to see if it fits my arm), and I couldn’t even put it on properly.^^
I guess I would need some flexible filament, but I’m still pretty new to 3D printing, so I don’t know which flexible filament would fit.
Hello! We used PLA, the ultrahand parts work like bracelets, but be sure to scale it up for your arm size 🙂
