This is a digital 3D printable model of Sabine Wren’s Helmet from The live action Star Wars: Ahsoka series.
- Highly accurate
- Features interior details
- Contains visor (for resin casting) and visor holder with magnet slots (to hold foil face shields)
- Split version for 200mm printers, features hex-pegs for easy gluing
- Perfect for cosplay
The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed (STL) and files that are not cut into smaller pieces (STL/OBJ). All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.
SIZE
At 100% scale the helmet’s dimensions are approximately:
Width 236 mm
Length 232 mm
Height 245 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well. We create our 3D models on our average-sized body template. Read about the sizing and how to scale the models to fit your body here.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We use these settings for most of our prints:
Layer height 0.20 mm
Infill 15%
Supports 45°
For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc. We use hex-pegs (included in the files) that will help you connect the cut pieces of the model.
Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

Got something to discuss?
Is the range finder on this helmet compatible with the rebel’s version? I have that one all printed and since it’s really similar I don’t want to redo the whole thing. Also in your opinion, is it similar enough that starting all over again with a new file is worth it after I’ve already sanded it?
Hey! I designed it from scratch as a new design, the whole range finder won’t fit into the Ahsoka helmet, because the ear shape is different. But the top piece (the range finder itself, without the holder) should fit with a slight scale adjust.
So is this like printed and then shipped to me or is it just a digital download to print?
It’s a digital download.
