Where are my files?
Every purchase you have ever made with us — on the old website or during our Shopify era — lives in your account, in My Account → Downloads.
🔑 My old password doesn’t work - how do I log in?
We moved to our own platform on August 27, 2026. Your account, purchase history and all your files came with us - but passwords can’t be transferred between platforms for security reasons. On the login page, use “Set up your password”, enter the email you used in our store, and follow the link we send you (you can even reuse your old password). All your files are then waiting in My Account → Downloads.
🔗 The download links in my old emails stopped working - how do I get my files?
Download links from emails sent by our previous store no longer work after the move - but all your files are safe and still yours. Just set up your password using the email you purchased with, log in, and everything is waiting in My Account → Downloads - ready to download anytime, including free updates whenever we improve a model.
👋 First visit since the move?
Your account moved with us. Click Lost password, enter the email you used for your purchases, and set a new password — that's it.
📩 Got an old download email?
Download links from emails sent by our previous website work again — just click them.
Links from Shopify-era emails (the ones pointing to islandcloud.co) are being retired. Use My Account → Downloads instead — same files, one place, always there.
