Where are my files?
Every purchase you have ever made with us, on our original website or during our Shopify era, is waiting in your account under My Account → Downloads. Set up your password once and everything is there.

Use the email you purchased with, on either of our stores.
Open the link we send you
It arrives within a minute. Check spam or promotions if it does not.
Choose a password
Your old one is fine too. Log in and your files are in My Account → Downloads.

🔑 My old password does not work. How do I log in?
We moved to our own platform on August 27, 2026. Your account, purchase history and all your files came with us, but passwords cannot be transferred between platforms for security reasons. Click Set up my password, enter the email you used in our store and follow the link we send you. You can even reuse your old password. All your files are then waiting in My Account → Downloads.
🔗 The download links in my old emails stopped working. How do I get my files?
Links in emails from our Shopify store (the ones pointing to islandcloud.co) are retired. Links in emails from our original website still work. Either way, the easiest place is My Account → Downloads: every file you have ever bought, in one place, always there, including free updates whenever we improve a model.
📩 I asked for the password link but nothing arrived.
Give it a minute and check your spam or promotions folder. Make sure you used the email you purchased with. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will sort it out.
