📝 3Demon Model License Agreement


🖨️ Can I 3D print it?
✅ Yes, absolutely! That's the whole point.

🏠 Can I print it just for myself?
✅ 100%! Personal use is always allowed.

💸 Can I sell physical prints?
✅ Yes, unless the product description specifically says you can't. Some models may have extra rules.

📁 Can I share or resell the files?
🚫 No. Please don’t share, resell, or upload the files anywhere. These are for your use only.

🔧 Can I modify the files?
✅ You can resize, mirror or cut something off, but please ask before making bigger changes to the design.

🖼️ Can I use your product photos to sell prints?
🚫 Nope. Use your own awesome pics so people know exactly what they’re getting from you.

And if you tag us on social media, we’d love to see what you made! We often share cool prints from the community.

 

 

Full Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or downloading any 3D model from 3D-mon.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files under these conditions:

  • You may 3D print the models for personal use.

  • You may sell physical 3D prints made from the models unless the product description says otherwise.

  • You may not share, gift, resell, or upload the digital files—this includes remixes, derivatives, or reposting on other platforms.

  • You may not claim the designs as your own work.

2. Selling Physical Prints

If you're selling physical 3D prints:

  • Always use your own photos.

  • Where possible, include credit to 3Demon and a link to our site.

  • You are responsible for making sure your prints are safe, good quality, and fairly represented.

3. Modifications

  • You’re welcome to resize, cut, or mirror parts to suit your printer or costume needs.

  • For more significant design changes (e.g., mixing it with another design or remixing details), please ask first. We’re pretty flexible—but we appreciate being in the loop.

4. Refunds & Mistakes

  • Refunds aren't available once the files have been downloaded.

  • If you bought something by accident and haven’t clicked the download links yet, contact us and we’ll gladly help.

  • If there's a problem with a file, reach out. We'll fix it as fast as possible. If we can't, we may offer a refund or store credit.

5. Fan Art & Takedowns

Some of our models are fan creations, and while we make them out of love, we don’t own the original IPs. If the copyright holder of a character or franchise asks us to remove a model, we must comply.

In that case:

  • You’ll no longer be able to download that model from our site.

  • You must stop selling prints of it, even if you downloaded it before it was removed if you are notified.

  • These models are not official merchandise, and you may not represent them as such.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you're not receiving a license to sell official branded goods or merchandise of any kind.

6. Legal Information

This license agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
