Expedition 33 Maelle Sword - Maellum Rapier

This is a digital 3D printable model of Maelle’s Rapier Maellum from the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 videogame.
Forged with game-level accuracy, in both a realistic textured version for added detail and a smooth version.

The download contains:
– STL cut to fit 200 mm print bed
– Whole assembled OBJ file
All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.

Assembly:
If you’re printing the sword for cosplay, be sure to reinforce it using a steel or wooden rod, 0,15 inch (4 mm) in diameter and approximately 39 inches (100cm) long.

SIZE
At 100% scale, the model’s dimensions are approximately:
Width 179 mm
Length 112 mm
Height 1 099 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We use these settings for most of our prints:
- Layer height 0.15 mm
- Infill 15%
- Supports 40°
- 8mm brim for better bed adhesion. We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc. We use pins (included in the files) that will help you connect the cut pieces of the model.
