Refund policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
That said, if you run into a problem with a file, like something won’t print or doesn’t match the images, please contact us. We're happy to help and will fix the issue as quickly as we can.
Your feedback is incredibly important to us. We’re a small team (and human!), so if something slips through, we always want to make it right.
💡 Accidental purchase?
If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, just get in touch and don’t click on any of the download links. We can issue a refund in those cases.
We include a checkbox during checkout that says:
"I'm ready to create! This is a digital 3D printable file. I confirm that I'm ready to print it myself."
This helps avoid confusion, but if a mistake happens and the files remain un-downloaded, we’ll do our best to sort it out.
