3D Model Details

Digital 3D print model of a Dragon Lamp. These files are designed to work with any LED lights, making them super easy to set up. 💡

For the larger Dragon lamp, I used the IKEA KÖLVATTEN LED light, and for the smaller one, I used the IKEA KAPPLAKE.

📦 Included Files

  • Large Dragon Lamp STL files (split and pre-oriented for 220mm printer beds)

  • Smaller Dragon Lamp STL files (prints without cuts, also pre-oriented)

  • Pre-supported print-ready 3MF files for both lamps

📏 3D Model Dimensions

  • The large Lamp is 45 cm tall, and the smaller dragon lamp is about 22 cm. You can scale the lamps to any size you want in your slicer. :)

🖨️ 3D printing the Dragon Lamps

You can use the pre-sliced 3MF files or slice the STL files yourself. As a good starting point, I recommend these settings:

  • Layer height: 0.15 mm

  • Infill: 5% gyroid (for the dragons)

  • Supports: Organic, 30°

  • 5 mm brim (for the dragons)

The large dragon lamp uses 278 g of filament for the dragon (I used Prusament Galaxy Green PLA) and 272 g of transparent red PETG for the flame.

Of course, you can use any colors you like! I went with green and blue dragons inspired by Vhagar and Dreamfyre.
