Description

The Thunderfury – World of Warcraft 3D PRINT MODEL

Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker is the legendary sword once wielded by Thunderaan, Prince of Air.

This model is a sword from World of Warcraft.

Files contain pieces of the blade ready to be 3D printed. The files also include two versions of the blade, a scratched blade, which is separated into smaller parts with a hole for three 4 mm steel rods (approx. 50 cm, 42,5 cm, 44 cm), and completely unscratched blade.

We recommend using metal rods to reinforce the model.

 SCALE
At 100% scale, the model’s dimensions are approximate:
Width 209 mm
Length 52 mm
Height 1100 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size, the model will print well.

PRINTER SETTINGS

We use these settings for most of our prints:
Layer height 0.15 mm
Infill 15%
Supports 45°
For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.

Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc. We use hex pegs (included in the files) that will help you connect the cut pieces of the model.

Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.
