Product Details:

  • High Accuracy: Faithfully replicates Gandalf’s staff from the films for an authentic look.
  • Support-Free Printing: All parts are designed to print without supports, saving you time and hassle.
  • Print Size Options: Includes pieces optimized for a 200mm print bed and full-length files for larger printers. All cut parts are pre-arranged for easy printing.
  • Shaft Assembly Options:
    • Print: Print a single 184mm shaft segment 8 times and assemble with the included tube inserts.
    • Buy Tube: Use a 30mm diameter tube (3.4mm thick) cut to 1472mm. You can scale the tube inserts if you have a different thickness. Attach the tip and end pieces using the tube inserts. For a 32mm European water pipe, scale parts to 106.6% and cut the tube to 1449mm.

Dimensions:

  • Full Scale: At 100%, the staff measures 1829mm. The largest cut segment is 184mm tall.
  • You can scale the model, but smaller sizes may affect print quality.

3D Printing Settings:

Gandalf may have fought the Balrog for it, but you only need to fight your printer settings 😀

  • Layer Height: 0.15 mm
  • Infill: 10%
  • Supports: None needed
