Sub Zero Mortal Kombat

Description

Grandmaster’s Icy Mask – Sub Zero 3D print model

This 3D printable model is a Grandmaster’s Icy Mask  of  the character Sub Zero from the Mortal Kombat fighting game franchise

Files contain the model (STL) ready to be 3D printed on 200 x 200 x 200 mm 3D printers and 3D model file (OBJ).
The printed model is meant to be post-processed after printing. Recommended post-processing methods are sanding – gluing – applying putty – sanding – painting. Check out our Youtube channel to see the assembly and whole post-process in action!

The total dimensions of this model are approx.:

Width: 160 mm
Length: 98 mm
Height: 140 mm

You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it a little bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

PRINTER SETTINGS

As the mask is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the mask shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
