Description

Sith Acolyte mask from Star Wars RogueOne Simple – Digital 3D printable model

Sith helmet from Star Wars Rogue One 3D print model – a high detailed model for 3D printing.
The 3D Model helmet is fully ready for Simple 3D printing FDM, SLA, and SLA printers.

The whole armor set can be found here

The model is cut into 8 parts *.stl (for 200x200mm 3D printers) and needs to be glued.

You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

We recommend joining the front and back part of the helmet by fabric rubber bands that are glued to the inside by using epoxy. That should allow you to stretch it when you put it on, and hold it when you wear it. Note: The back part is smaller and fits inside the front part!

PRINTER SETTINGS
As the helmet is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the helmet’s shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
